If the item you received is flawless and you would like to return:

The product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact. It should be in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Please contact our customer service within 15 days of purchase if you would like to return the item, we will refund to you by your original payment method after receiving and checking the returned package. The buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping.

If the item you received is defected and you would like to return:

Customers need to send the watch back as instructed after contacting our customer service. We will refund to you after receiving the returned package. FEICE Watch will be responsible for the return shipping 

After 30 days from Purchase

Customers need to send the watch back as instructed after contacting our customer service. We will refund payment to you after receiving the returned package depending on the conditions of the watch. The buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping.

We will provide an address for customers to return the watch.

FEICE Watch does not take responsibility for any item lost during the return shipping.

* Discounted items are excluded from our normal return policy and will not be eligible to be returned.

Exchange

Within 90 days of Purchase

Customers need to send the watch back as instructed after contacting our customer service. After receiving the package, we will repair the item or send you a replacement depending on the condition of the item. We will be responsible for the shipping.
